Songwriters Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill NC
Songwriters compose, arrange and play their own songs. A songwriter writes both the lyrics and music to a song. Someone who solely writes lyrics is commonly called a lyricist, and someone who only writes music is commonly called a composer.In the music industry, popular songs may be written by group members, but are often written by staff writers: songwriters directly employed by music publishers.
