When you register, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. Billing address, credit card number and credit card expiration date are required to participate in our advertising programs so we can process and fill your order.

As a member registered on raleighmusic.com you get specific benefits; you become eligible to submit an artist or business profile, submit news articles, and contribute to the calendar. You then can access marketing tools to help promote your activities. You will also have the ability to use our system to communicate with other members in our organization.

We require a password to protect your data and the fraudulent use of your account.

How do we use the information?

When you register on our website or pay for a membership, we will send you a confirmation email. You set up an account profile that determines whether members of our organization can contact you via email.

Email addresses are not released to our participants.

All email will come from rMIA on behalf of our members. You can change your email preferences at any time.

Do we share your information with third parties?

We share your information with our trusted third party service providers who manage our website. These third parties provide specific services and administer activities offered at our website; for example, membership payments require credit card processing. These third parties are not authorized to discuss or make any use of your personal information; it can only be used to provide such services.

How can I access or change information or opt out of receiving information about new shows and promotions from us?

If you want to update your information or remove yourself from any of our email or regular mailing lists, simply login to your account.

Please note that your request to be removed from mailing lists might take up to three (3) days to become effective.

Are all the pages on the rMia website secure? Most of the pages on our site simply provide information. We make this information available freely and there's no reason for these pages to be "secure." The pages that we make secure are the ones on which you actually make a purchase with your credit card information.
